Our poured in repair kits come in 4 different sizes and 50 color combinations as well as custom blends. Each kit will come with the following:

A powerful primer that will ensure your repair will last (Read article on why it is important to prime).
The right color and amount of rubber granules your kit size calls for.
The right type and amount of binder your kit size calls for.
Instruction sheet with link to detailed how to video.
SDS sheets for all materials received

There are two layers in every Poured in Place Rubber Surfacing System: the Base Layer (Impact attenuation layer or buffings layer) which consists of black SBR buffings, and the Wear Layer which consists of EPDM granules in your choice of color. Often times, you only need to patch the wear layer, but if the damage continues into the base layer, you will have to patch that first. You cannot use wear layer patch kits to patch base layer damage. Pick a dry day with a temperature of 40 degrees minimum to patch. Choose the right binder. Aromatic binders tend to alter certain colors. Aliphatic binders do not, and are best for splash pads and pool decks. This article explains the difference between Aromatic and Aliphatic binders.
