Refund policy

Most of our products are custom-made to order, based on your design and/or color specifications. As such, custom items are non-returnable.

We only accept returns for a very limited selection of stock items, and only under the following conditions:

  • Prior authorization is required before any return.

  • The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery acceptance.

  • Items must be unopened and in brand new condition.

  • Customer is responsible for both original and return shipping costs.

  • All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

No returns will be accepted on the following products, regardless of condition (even if unopened):

 

  • Any of our repair kits

  • Binders

  • Primers
  • Rebinders

  • Extenders

  • Unbinders

  • Graffiti Removers

  • Sanitizers

  • Deck Repair Products

  • Buffings

  • EPDM
