Most of our products are custom-made to order, based on your design and/or color specifications. As such, custom items are non-returnable.
We only accept returns for a very limited selection of stock items, and only under the following conditions:
Prior authorization is required before any return.
The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery acceptance.
Items must be unopened and in brand new condition.
Customer is responsible for both original and return shipping costs.
All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
