As soon as you begin to see signs of early-stage deterioration, most notably granulation, in your Poured in Place Rubber Surface, it is advisable to take immediate corrective action.
The surest form of such action would be to apply a coating of Rubber Surface Rebinder to your surface.
This will allow you to catch the damage before it reaches mid-stage deterioration.
And long before it reaches late-stage deterioration.
Not only will the application of Rebinder stop the deterioration process in its tracks, but it will also rejuvenate the granules and replenish the vibrancy of their colors once again.
