Poured in Place Granulation

This happens when UV rays degrade the polyurethane binders that hold the granules in your poured in place rubber surface together. The granulation can happen as early as a couple years after the install and will depend on how much sun the surface gets. If you ignore the granulation, your wear layer will get thinner until cracks appear and the system will fail eventually exposing the base layer.

Apply the Rebinder

A coat of this product will seep into the wear layer and bind the granules again extending the shelf life of your surface. The rebinder is applied using a paint roller.

Holes in PIP

Generally, as a result of not rebinding, or in high traffic areas, or simply an act of vandalism, holes present tripping hazard and also cause your surface to fail ADA tests.

Apply our Patch Kits

Our PIP repair kits come in different sizes designed to fill different size holes. All the guesswork is taken out of the mixing proportions. Simply mix everything we send you, prime the area, and trowel.

PIP Cracks

Cracks are one of the first symptoms of thinning of the wear layer of the poured in place rubber system. They are sometimes difficult to fix since they require to be enlarged and then filled with a patch kit. Sometimes, that's not feasible.

Use Seam and Crack Binder

This allows you to squeeze the content of the bottle right into the crack or the seam without enlarging it.

Running Track Damage

Unbeknown to most operators, running tracks can be fixed. You do not have to recoat or redo the entire track.

Running Track Repair Kit

These are designed to fix most running tracks. Just prime and mix the patch we send you.

Playground Deck Damage

Damage to playground decking can create safety hazards and require professional repair solutions.

Deck Repair Kit

Our specialized deck repair kits provide everything needed to restore damaged playground decking to safe, functional condition.

Rubber Tile Gaps

A very common problem in tiles that are not installed and glued to hard surface such as concrete or asphalt. The tiles tend to migrate, causing tripping hazards and ADA issues.

Rubber Tile Gap Repair Kits

Our rubber tile gap repair kits are designed specifically for this problem.

Sunken PIP

This happens when the underlying substrate is displaced, usually because of drainage issues.

PIP Repair Kits

Use our repair kits that are specifically formulated for these situations. A base layer kit followed by a wear layer kit installed in the same area will never move.

Sunken Turf

For the same reason PIP sinks, turf can sink due to drainage issues.

Synthetic Turf Repair Kits

Synthetic turf repair kits fill the underlying problems and allow you to reseam the turf layer.

Damaged Bonded Rubber

Damaged bonded rubber in your playground or walking path can cause tripping hazards and ADA issues.

Bonded Rubber Repair Kits

These come in four sizes with the right binder to mix and trowel onsite.

Gaps in Perimeter of PIP

Gaps forming at the perimeter of poured in place surfaces can create entry points for water and debris, leading to further damage.

Perimeter Repair Kits

Our specialized repair kits seal perimeter gaps effectively, preventing water intrusion and extending surface life.

Unsanitary Play Surfaces

The new ASTM codes call for regular sanitizing of playground surfaces which can be a tedious task.

Playground Sanitizer

It's basically a dispenser with a cartridge that can be hooked up to a garden hose. Our sanitizing agent kills 99.9% of bacteria and viruses commonly found on playground equipment and safety surfaces.

PIP Bubbling

Typically happens in areas with freeze and thaw cycles where drainage issues freeze the water trapped between the base and wear layer, lifting the wear layer.

PIP Injection System

Use our PIP injection system to inject a specifically formulated binder into the wear layer to bond it back with the base layer. This approach will save expensive cutting and seaming of the wear layer.
