damaged playground platforms used to be a problem

I am a facility manager overseeing 9 playgrounds all over town. Whenever we had to deal wit damaged playground platforms, I always braced for days of work. We had to remove the decks, wait for weeks, sometimes months until we got replacement platforms. In many cases we simply couldn't remove them at all.
